Sculptra Cost in London 2026: Prices, Sessions & Results
Sculptra is one of the most popular collagen-stimulating treatments in London, but prices vary from clinic to clinic and it is often confused with dermal filler. Here is a clear, doctor-led guide to what Sculptra costs, what affects the price and what you get for your money.
How much does Sculptra cost at EliteSkin?
Our current Sculptra special offer is £450 for 8–9 ml, performed by a GMC-registered doctor at our clinic near Paddington and Marble Arch. Your doctor will confirm how much product you need at your free consultation. See the full details on our Sculptra treatment page.
What affects the cost of Sculptra?
How much product you need – this depends on the areas treated and how much volume has been lost
How many sessions you need – most patients have a course of 2–3 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart
Who performs the treatment – a doctor-led clinic costs more than a non-medical provider, but you are paying for medical assessment and safety
Aftercare and follow-up – check that a review appointment is included
What is Sculptra and how does it work?
Sculptra is an injectable collagen stimulator made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). Rather than filling an area instantly, it works beneath the skin to encourage your body to rebuild its own collagen. This gradually restores lost volume in the temples, cheeks and jawline, improves firmness and softens lines for a natural, refreshed look.
How long do Sculptra results last?
Results build gradually over 2–3 months as new collagen forms, and can last up to two years depending on your age, skin and lifestyle. Because the result lasts longer than most fillers, many patients find Sculptra good value over time even though the course costs more upfront.
Sculptra vs Profhilo vs dermal filler
Sculptra – stimulates collagen to restore volume and firmness gradually; results last up to two years
Profhilo – deeply hydrates and improves skin quality, with no change in shape
Dermal fillers – add volume to a specific area straight away, such as lips, cheeks or under-eyes
Polynucleotides – repair and regenerate thin, crepey skin, especially under the eyes
Many patients combine treatments. For more on prices, read our guides to Profhilo in London and polynucleotides cost in London, or see our full treatment price list.
Is there any downtime?
Mild swelling, redness or bruising for a few days is common, and most people return to normal activities straight away. You will be asked to massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days to help the product settle evenly.
Is Sculptra right for me?
Sculptra suits people who have started to lose volume and firmness and want a gradual, natural-looking result. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have an active skin infection in the area. If you want an instant result for an event, dermal filler is usually a better choice. Your doctor will give you an honest assessment at consultation.
